During some bad weather a damp patch appeared on an internal wall so I got a few companies around for quotes. Brendan responded quickly, walked me through the likely causes and how to sort.
Brendan gave a competitive price to repair the whole gable end as you can clearly see the damage there. However, as out budget is tight, Brendan sorted the area which caused the damp patch and the more inaccessible sections while the scaffolding was up. This means he can come back at a later date to finish the work but keep the costs down.
I’m no builder but the workmanship looks fantastic. Brendan is also super approachable and keeps you fully informed on the process/progress.
I will gladly get Brendan back to finish the gable and any future building work. I would also wholeheartedly recommend him to others and some of my neighbours, who have similar mortar issues, already have him working on their houses.Monday 9th May 2022
