Very rude individual! I asked what the process was for an end of tenancy clean and he gave an abrupt answer "we clean everything". I asked him how many people would be doing the clean and what time he would start the job, he then replied "you don't need to worry" and then hung up on me. I called back and asked if he hung up on me and he replied "yes" and when I asked him why his ignorant reply was "it is my business you do not need to worry" and continued being rude on the phone. No idea how he has good reviews but his customer service is the worse I have ever experienced.

Colin and his team cleared and tidied my mother's garden which was very neglected. They did an excellent job, and were very patient and respectful.of my mother possessions in her shed. I have no hesitation recommending him but he is not the greatest at being punctual (hence 4 stars). Having said that, his work is satisfactory and competitively priced.

I called them and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Very punctual and the cleaning was very thorough. Cleaned within a good time and would definitely use this service again.
