Phoned initailly to ask for some guidance with my ride on. Stuart was very helpful, willing to assist with a diagnosis over the phone albeit it could possibly be a number of things. Very polite and well mannered. I will certainly be booking my machine in for its annual service and maintenance up keep with Malpass. Thank you very much for your initial guidance and support. Mr Malpass did a great job fixing a brand new Cobra mower under warranty that I'd bought on-line from somewhere else. It had been used once from new, and was leaking petrol. I was getting nowhere with the people I had bought it off (Cheaplawnmowers), who suggested that it was probably my fault and that I had probably used old petrol! Sometimes it might be better to buy locally, which it what I will do next time. I recommend Malpass Services wholeheartedly.

An absolute Gem 💎 of a small local Business! Phoned up, told him my problem, told me what it was, I dropped it down and the next day I have it back and in full working order and I didn’t get done on the price! At every stage of the process it was professional and I felt like it was all in very capable hands! My only regret is I didn’t use him when I purchased the mower in the first place!!!! Just picked up my petrol strimmer from Malpass, they fixed the fault, runs fine now, good service at a reasonable price, would recommend these guys

Great service. Couldn't fix my machine but got it going enough for two more mows before the summer ended. Will be going back in the future when I break my new one.
