In an attempt to support local businesses who advertise in the village newsletter I contacted this company via email and received an automated reply saying that someone would get in touch. After several days and no contact I phoned and spoke to a woman who said that they were quite busy but reassured me that someone would get back to us. 10 days later still no contact. If they have so much work that they don't need to respond to enquirers they should at least have the courtesy to let people know. And why bother to pay for advertising in the newsletter? Would have awarded no stars for this total lack of (potential) customer service if I could. Very disappointing.Monday 12th August 2019

Lesley Robinson5 StarM&TJ's are a responsible, friendly company that deliver the most beautifully seasoned firewood logs. The logs are not huge, like so many companies supply, and fit easily into my wood stove without further splitting being necessary. I've tried most firewood suppliers around the area but I always come back to M&TJ's.Monday 15th February 2016
