We used Liam to replace a piece of land on our drive with tarmac and block edging. Unfortunately after the team had finished and we had paid in full on the same day, we noticed several problems. The block was loose and the re-painted part of the drive looked like a zebra when it had dried. After several promises to return he sent one of the team and relaid the block and re-painted the tarmac. The block was fine but the tarmac looked even worse and the edge to the block had been filled with postcrete which has constantly crumbled and looks terrible. Liam said he would return but couldn’t guarantee the results which I was not prepared to accept. He agreed to refund me part of the total cost, nowhere near the amount needed to put right, but I’ve not seen a penny. He is now telling me not to contact him again and has told me that as a small business he can’t be expected to correct these problems!!!!!! I’m now having to take him to court which is very upsetting. His team were so hardworking and didn’t stop when they were here, it’s a shame that Liam is unable to deal with any problems that occur with his services.
