Patricia Hobson3 StarFantastic plants at a great price. There it stops !! Grumpy rude and unhelpful staff. One had 2 trolley 's with a door mat in one ,I asked could I please have the other . She said NO ,there are plenty outside.
I have problems walking but that didn't matter to her.
Such a pity because I wont go again.
Asked the one at the till did they have a cafe !!! No .
They need to go on customer training have some lessons in helpfulness and manners.

Lorraine Read5 StarVery helpful staff. Loxley has a variety of plants all reasonably priced. The views surrounding this garden centre are breathtaking. I hope one day they'll re open the cafe.Monday 8th November 2021
