I used this Joinery Co a few years ago to construct & fit a pair of side gates & "reasonably" happy with the service although it took way longer to finish the job than originally advised. One of the gates soon suffered from rotten frame timbers which I put down to poor construction. I contacted Lowrys to provide an estimate for repair which resulted in a raft of empty promises and non-appearances which went on for over four months with no apologies to simply provide an estimate following numerous repeat calls and emails which went unanswered. So have to agree from my experience, the build quality of the product is not the best and clearly provide a poor / unreliable service - strongly advise you take your business elsewhere.

I only score this business 1 star because it isn't possible to score no stars, I have used this company before some years ago and was perfectly happy with the product and service so when I needed new gates I thought I would use them again, I made 2 appointments for the chap to come and cost the job up making sure I stayed in for the appointed time, 2 no shows and no telephone contact to explain why the absence to either, appalling service and would not give them a third chance to let me down 😡😡
