We contacted Logic Dezign to draw up some plans for our house extension, we were in need of more space downstairs in our 3 bedroom property. Steve was very responsive to communications and within a very short time period he came round and did a survey of our existing property. We then discussed what it is we were after. Steve took all the points we had on board and along with the relevant dimensions for our house, he came back with a couple of different options for our extension. We were very happy with the plans he drew and had a follow up meeting to do any tweaking of the final design before commencing with the quotations/ planning. Both options that were suggested were well thought out and worked really well with the existing space that we had available, Steve was really knowledgable on everything that was raised, he was really clued up on all different options and their cost implications with regards to the build. We had an excellent experience with Logic Dezign, professional and very friendly, me and my partner would highly recommend them to anybody seeking any planning services. David Chatterton

Logic Dezign were recommended to us by a friend, we had been looking for an architect to design a new build bungalow for us. The project was not straight forward as the building plot is 300 miles away but this did not phase Steve and he made us feel assured he was the man for the job. He handled the whole process for us from initial rough drawing, to full plans, through to getting planning permission granted. It made the experience stress free and feel simple although it was not. He was in contact at every stage, kept us constantly updated via email and phone and nothing was too much trouble, even making some large changes late in the design stage to appease the planners and my wife. I was very pleasantly surprised by the cost involved much lower than many quotes we received with an absolutely 5 star service!! Thanks Steve
