Sivani Suseelar5 StarAfter extensive search for apple trees in my local area and not finding any I came across Lodge Farm Plants. They had the exact trees I was after but Nick advised the plants were forming buds already and had to be transported carefully. He had his father drive 1.5 hrs to deliver the trees to us! His father also took the time to explain how to plant and care for the trees. The advice was gratefully received. If you are after a nursery that really care about plants and who also are happy to share their knowledge with you, you can't go wrong with this nursery.Sunday 11th April 2021

David Browne5 StarYou'll discover Lodge Farm diagonally opposite 'The Case Is Altered' pub on Case Lane - a true find!
On our 'investigative' visit, we bought a greengage tree, and have since bought several others including apple, pear, quince, plum, damson and a medlar - espaliers, fans and free-standing. And.....soft fruit bushes and dozens of herbs for our raised beds.
Nick has also sourced for us, and laid, rolls of wildflower lawn for our 'meadow' area. He is hugely passionate and knowledgeable about everything that grows and happy to advise and share his knowledge in his infectious and unhurried way.
Lodge Farm is the antithesis of the commercial enterprises that most nurseries and garden centres have turned into, but it has become our 'go to' resource for planting and maintaining our bird, butterfly and bee-friendly garden.
