LMC Architecture Ltd is a small friendly practice based in the North West of England offering a full range of architectural services, from inception to completion, to commercial and domestic property owners. Projects vary from bespoke houses and house extensions for individual clients to larger scale projects up to £5m. Founded in 2007 by Lee McGregor following over 20 years’ experience of working for some of the country’s leading architectural practices and alongside leading contractors. Lee has developed and delivered buildings across all sectors ranging in size from house extensions and bespoke individual homes to large scale multi million pound residential and commercial developments. We believe that for a successful development good communication is key and each project would start with a site visit and discussion to fully understand the project and client requirements. As well as bringing imagination and creative flair to all projects we are passionate about the detail. We believe that the success of all projects lies in the detail and we work closely with contractors to ensure that this is met along with completing on time and within budget. Most of our projects come from recommendations and we continue to grow as a practice thanks to our reputation as a company producing outstanding results. We have very good relationships with all local authority planning and building regulations departments and this helps us to ensure that all designs and construction documents are fully compliant with all policies and regulations.

Lee is currently working on our house renovation plans . He came highly recommended by two different contacts and I’m not surprised because he is great . Nothing is too much trouble. He answers all my questions (some I’ll admit probably annoying ones!) promptly and gives honest advice . Can’t wait to see the designs come to life!
