I couldn't be more delighted with it all & totally recommend their customer service. I was delighted enough to discover them at the RHS Hampton Court Garden Festival, having searched in vain for sources of the customised planting units & small shed that I wanted made. I had decided exactly what I wanted & Living Windows have provided it all beyond even what I had hoped for. Beautifully designed, stunning window boxes and fantastic service. I got a small, bespoke flower box for my Juliet balcony – it has a simple, elegant design and came with a lovely arrangement of plants and flowers. The box fit perfectly on the balcony railing with no fuss and the design allows for easy care and watering. Highly recommended.

Bought some really beautiful secateurs as a gift but they arrived damaged. This was put right straight away and the staff were lovely. Couldn't recommend enough, so nice to get good service these days!
