Doing a complete makeover of our front and back gardens had the potential to be very stressful. However, the process from the very start till the end has been very smooth and stress free. We're very pleased with how the company carried out the entire process and how every member of the team takes pride in their part of the job. The workers are very professional, hard-working and easy to talk to in case of any doubts or questions. We would recommend the services of this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

The sleeper beds in our garden were close to collapse, and needed replacing immediately. We were given the name of Leicester Landscaping by someone we knew in the village, and went round to see some of the work done. it was of a very high standard and we knew we would not be disappointed. Miles, their creative director came round to estimate the job, and whilst this job was not as large or required as much creativity as other jobs they had done, we were made to feel like a genuinely-valued customer. In appreciating that the sleeper beds would not last much longer, they estimated the job and had a crew in place to complete the work within a week. Greg and his 2 colleagues arrived on time, did a really professional cleared up all of the mess and rubbish, and left us with sleeper beds we are proud of once again. The disruption to the existing shrubs and plants was minimal, which hugely pleased my wife . We are delighted with the job done, and glad we chose Leicester Landscaping. Rob W-J Great Dalby

We had a great experience with Leicester Landscaping Co Ltd throughout the whole process. This began with Miles & Amy visiting to measure up and hear about our plans for our new garden, through to the design/ project management and installation of our dream garden. Whilst there were a few defects along the way, these were well managed and resulted in a great end result. We are relatively pleased with how our garden has turned out. Some areas are absolutely great and exactly as described. A friendly, polite team with some stand out service levels in areas. The young team doing the electrical work were great and the support on flowers / plants. Pergola looks great too. Also Sally in Customer Services was always great and made calls late in the day to check in. A real asset to the company. Sadly we were disappointed with the patio, more care could have been taken here and has resulted in extra costs to complete the work to the level we'd like which left us feeling we'd spent quite a lot of money and now hover on whether we feel it was value for money or if we've over-spent slightly. After a couple of extra visits from the team to remedy the patio issues, sadly it was still left to my wife and I to removing the final weeds and generally tidying up. We lacked the energy for round 3 to ask again. Overall, some stand out performances in other areas masked the need for some areas of improvement in others, especially when spending high amounts of money.

Over the moon with my patio and so impressed with the level of service I received. Such a smooth process from Miles providing the initial quote, Sally being super responsive and always providing updates/checking how things are, to the team and how tidy & professional they were. Honestly can’t fault anything about the process or patio, it now means I can enjoy my garden properly! I’m already recommending The Leicester Landscaping Company to friends and family. Thanks again guys for all of your hard work throughout the hot weather!
