We were recommended by friends to Larissa James for the replacement of our Patio. They came to visit and provide a quotation, listened to our requirements and provided good suggestions. We were provided with a very detailed quotation and video images of what the proposal would look like. Queries `and dislikes regarding the proposal were quickly dealt with and amended images sent through. Images of previous projects provided to demonstrate the visual look of the materials chosen was provided. A formal contract was entered into and deposit, stage payments and final amount to be paid was included. The deposit was only required one week prior to work commencing on site when materials were ordered. Work started within the timescale agreed and progress quickly made. The whole team were very friendly, worked hard very professional and were very accommodating to ensure everything was to our liking. The quality of the work is excellent and we are very pleased with the finished project. They were very careful with the finer details on completion and left the site clean and tidy We would definitely recommend Larissa James for your garden projects. Thank you to the whole team. Larissa James, where do I start... there aren't enough superlatives to describe this dynamic duo and the wonderful Lewis and Matt! The team have recently finished a cracking garden makeover on our reasonably sized, new(ish) build, corner plot. As with most new builds, we had a relatively uninspiring space which neither I or my partner knew what to do with. When Larissa and James came round to visit a few weeks back, they listened to what ideas we did have, realistic and unrealistic and went away to design a garden which not only met our needs but also, fit well within our budget! Their professional yet friendly approach to the project made us feel at ease that our garden was in good hands. When the team arrived a few weeks later and the first spade was in the ground, we were both so excited to see the transformation come to life! The whole team worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived, to the last minute they were here. Each day, they arrived on time and kept us up to date regarding deliveries of materials. Their friendly and approachable nature made it effortless to get to know them as people and this made the experience that little bit more personal. We are over the moon with what the team have done for our garden and if you are looking for a team to bring your garden to life, look no further! It has been an absolute pleasure having Larissa James landscape our garden. I came across them after a Google search and was immediately impressed by their website and standard of work. From my initial enquiry, to the consultation and design, I knew they were the ones I wanted to give the job too. The work completed involved retaining walls, two patios with porcelain paving, a bespoke water feature and a pergola that could double up as a secure outdoor enclosure for our cat. This wasn't something they had ever built before, but they were happy to accept the challenge! Larissa, James and Matt are professional, hard working and very friendly and we enjoyed getting to know each other over the few weeks they were with us. As for the garden - wow! We can't stop staring at it. It's become a little Mediterranean retreat for us and our cat loves it so much, she spends most of her time in it. It's definitely the best catio I have seen anywhere and the magic being that James and Matt created something that didn't look obviously like a catio, complete with a bifold door that can be opened up to join the two patios together if we like. It's truly special. If you choose Larissa James, rest assured you will be in very safe hands!

Larissa, James and the team provided a fantastic service right from the onset and throughout the duration of our project. They understood and captured the brief and their CAD design brought our vision to life perfectly.
