We are absolutely delighted with the job Knighton Landscapes who just completed our garden! Having previously struggled to find an honest and reliable Landscaper, Sehmi at Knighton Landscapes gave us new design ideas which we went ahead with and have no regrets about. The garden has been finished to a very high standard and completed in the timescale promised when quoting. If I ever need any more garden work doing I know who to call!

Whilst very likeable and full of advice, basically a waste of time. Having dug out my own parking area space in my back garden, I was given 4 dates for when Knighton Landscapes would come to block pave it. None materialised with no understanding that this caused me any problems at all. In the end I told them to forget it and had it done in a fortnight. Don't believe a word you're told on dates. Further to the owners response, I was given 4 periods on which the work was going to be done, subject to weather. However the actual reason it wasn't done is because the proprietor is unable to plan a diary properly and stick to it. By accepting additional work whilst on-site, expected installation dates cannot be kept. He knew full well that I had a whole series of works planned around the final installation period, yet he still failed to confirm.

It seems that all Landscapers in Leicester are as unreliable or dishonest as one another. We needed a Landscaper to help us and called Knighton Landscapes on a whim. They promised us a call back which never materialised, so as a result we will not be using them. I appreciate that it is a busy time of year for landscapers, but that's no excuse for ignoring customers. We shouldn't have to be doing the chasing. Our hunt continues for a landscaper who prides themselves on customer service, is reliable, and keeps their promises. Picking up the phone isn't that hard - especially if you want the business.
