The smell of real home cooking wafts from the Tea Rooms at all times of day – elevenses, lunch, afternoon tea – there is always something on the menu which will titillate your palate.
On Carvery days the Tea Rooms fills up quickly – so if possible, ring to make a booking. Incidentally the scones with jam and cream are legendary!

Paul McLean5 StarHas a lovely little tea room that is fairly priced and does really nice hot/cold food and cakes. Staff really helpful and polite too. The gardens out the back are lovely. They are well kept and are nice to take a little stroll around. You can also feed the fish at a £1 a bag (I'd recommend getting 2 or 3 bags as they're only small bags). My 2 year old Daughter absolutely loved feeding the fish!Tuesday 5th October 2021
David Griggs2 StarWhat a pity. Have always stopped here for their lovely fish & chips on our way to and from Cardiff as it's about half way for our journey.
The menu has changed for the worse. No fish & chips!!!! No cakes!!!! The room has lost all its lovely pictures. Not impressed and will have to find somewhere else to stop and eat in the future.Monday 7th March 2022
