Karl Proctor5 StarHaving discussed our project with 3 architects choosing Karl from KADS Design was an easy decision, it felt like he was genuinely interested in our extension plans and we felt that he would offer the support we needed. We had a single storey extension to the rear of the property, second storey extension to the side along with a garage conversion. The process was very smooth and when planning raised a concern with regards to the roof height, Karl quickly draw up alternative plans for us to consider. However by working with us and the planning office he was able to overcome their concerns and the original plans were accepted. Kayleigh Orme5 StarKarl and Emma designed our side and back extension, we made several changes throughout the process and never felt like we were being a nuisance. They dealt with the planning permission, arranged building regulation calculations etc, took all the stress away from us, they only contacted us when they needed to. Even liaised with our builders (who were also amazing) on complex roof issues.
