We’ve just had part of our garden turned into a patio area and I couldn’t recommend these enough. So friendly and down to earth, cracked on with the job and have transformed our garden beautifully. We will be getting them back at a later date to do other things.

James and his son Jim achieved the most incredible result, turning a much unloved wilderness into a beautiful haven. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Nothing was beyond their capabilities. They put fencing up, a gate, a huge patio area shown in the photo's attached as well as a smaller one for my garden shed. The grass is actually artificial grass and it feels like walking on carpet! The front garden was levelled and stone was put down with a great deal of care and expertise, and James even created a pattern within the stone which gives it a designer look. I am one VERY happy customer. I must also say that the two guys did not stop! They worked through the WORST rainy weather for weeks, and always put in a full days effort. I had to update my review due to the very poor and disappointing post sales customer care. After a few weeks of James completing the work, we noticed that some of the slabs were loose. Then some of the sleepers started to move out of position which has allowed some of the slabs to move even further. The patio is now uneven in places, with mortar coming loose and wobbling slabs. I of course contacted James as soon as we noticed this. His initial response was that it was no problem, to wait until after the winter and then he would come and resolve it as the work was guaranteed. Next spring James did not contact me so I had to chase him. He came to look at the patio, agreed it wasn't right and that he would remedy it. All this was very amicable and I have been more than patient. Since then I have tried to contact James to get the work done but to no avail. When I call his advertised business number it rings and rings without answering. I rang from my work mobile and despite answering initially (but apparently unable to hear me) that now also gets no reponse. I have called many time, emailed a number of times and sent text messages. It is almost as if I am being ignored. For someone running a business he is very difficult to get hold off. The initial work James did appeared good but he says the work is guaranteed, and in my experience it is not.

James and his son have done a lovely job paving our garden , they are both professional, polite , respectful and vey hard working , and have a good old fashioned work ethos . They are very reasonably priced and we would recommend them to anyone who need gardening and landscaping , great job lads , thanks very much 😃
