I cannot speak highly enough of JSA. They supported us through the processes of acquiring, renovating and extending a period property in Mid Suffolk. JSA provided the concept, planning and professional services throughout the build and were on-hand whenever we needed them. Highly recommended.

Very poor service, we paid a lot of our hard earned savings for numerous delays. We had to constantly pester for any work to be done at all and have since been told (after telling said architects there services are no longer required) by several builders and building control that they are shocked at how much we had been charged and that the tender document is a poor standard. We have been strung along and in no way looked after by this local company and I would strongly advice people to find yourself an alternative architect. (Asking around the local builders would be a good idea as we didn't get any positive feedback on these architects - with hindsight we would never of called let alone hires them).
