We have just had a storm door created and installed and four doors replaced in our home by John Duff Joiners. Two pleasant, well-mannered skilled craftsmen came early when expected and worked very professionally. I have two dogs and I was worried about how they would be - the guys were fantastic and very quickly made two new furry friends! The job was completed in a timely fashion and to a very high standard. I will definitely use again and will very highly recommend John Duff Joiners! Thank you!

We have just had a Palladio front door set supplied and fitted by John's expert installer's. Two very pleasant and excellent craftsmen who have done a wonderful job. We could not be happier with the finish job and would highly recommend John Duff joiners & builders.

I have used John Duff joiners for a few jobs round about the house. I would highly recommend, the work was done promptly and finished to a high standard. Had a few queries before booking the jobs and found the customer service to be really helpful in pointing me in the right direction for what needed done. Will definitely book for future jobs!

If I could leave less than a one star feedback I would. My 1st experience of John Duff was last year, I ordered a bottom panel for my door so I could install a cat flap, I specifically asked for a flat panel to make this easier, when the panel (finally) arrived it was a molded item that made installing the cat flap harder than necessary. Unfortunately because the item was late my cat had already gone missing (fortunately she did turn up over a month later). Ok so moved house again recently and decided to give John Duff the benefit of the doubt and try them again because I like to give local businesses my custom over ordering items on the internet. I gave the order and stressed that I needed the item by the next week, and they took the order. I rang a week after making the order and left a message asking about how my order was progressing but no reply, so I went in 2 days later. I was told that he had forgotten about my order, at this point I told him that I was annoyed and I could have easily ordered this item from somewhere else but now it was too late. He was apologetic, however did say that he'd been busy and he wouldn't make much money on my order. I said if he couldn't fulfill the order he shouldn't have taken it in the 1st place and I would have gone elsewhere. This was an annoying experience, and I will not be using John Duff or recommending his company to anyone if this is the way he conducts business, how he is still in business after 30 years is a mystery to me! I did manage to get a panel from a local company the same day (thermoseal) who were very helpful and courteous.
