We are in a Cheltenham Conservation Area and so needed approval for the trimming. Jacob organised all of the paperwork and met the Tree Officer on site to establish what was allowed. Jacob was knowledgeable, communicated well and turned up on time with a great polite team and took time to discuss the plan of action with us and checked half way through to make sure we were OK with the progress. The team worked well together and cleaned up before they left. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking of having any tree work done. Thank you Jacob.
