Jeremy’s architectural skills has enabled us to make a complete transformation of our Victorian terrace house. He has created a large modern glass living / dining area but maintained the tradition of the original house so that new and old blend perfectly. We were particularly pleased with how he made use of the centre of the house which can always be a challenge when extending terraced houses. Instead of what can end up dead space we have created really useful utility and washroom areas which added living space in the new extension. A basement conversion created more living space and the open plan glass stairwell Jeremy designed means the basement feels a natural part of the house rather than a converted basement. The basement stairwell has received many compliments from our friends and neighbours. Jeremy was a real pleasure to work with, coming up with many ideas and iterations to help us visualise and decide on a final version. Getting planning permission for what we wanted was a challenge and Jeremy had to work hard, providing additional drawings and details to support our application. But in the end we were granted permission for exactly what we wanted which I’m sure would not have been the case without Jeremy’s input. We chose to project manage the build ourselves and through or builder but Jeremy was always on hand to answer questions, provide guidance and make those detail changes which always come up when undertaking major renovations to an old property. Our project is now just about finished and Jeremy still maintains our relationship and involvement giving us his ideas and input in to all those finishing and decorating details that can have a big impact on achieving the final look we want. We chose Jeremy after a recommendation from our neighbour and I have no hesitation in recommending him myself. In deed another neighbour is now using his services having seen what he created on our project.

We worked with Jeremy on a large single story rear and side extension after seeing some of his work on other properties. From the initial meeting right through to completion Jeremy was great to work with, suggesting good ideas and explaining why with advantages and disadvantages. Jeremy came up with a number of different proposals and we met a number of times to go through these and come up with a final plan. Jeremy was very patient and always willing to give, guidance and explain different options. We wanted to manage the build ourselves and Jeremy really helped with suggestions on where to source materials and the type of material. The level of detail on the plans, really helped with this too. A number of the trades people even comment on the great level of detail on the plans, which made their job easier. We asked Jeremy for suggestions during the build and he was always happy to help. He even designed a wrap around decking area for us, as we couldn’t quite get it right ourselves. All in all, a great architect with good ideas and very knowledgeable, who is genuinely a nice guy

Jeremy was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He immediately understood our needs of a family to create a space that allowed us to function according to all our family and work needs. He designed a truly wonderful space for us all, using subtle and sophisticated design throughout the property, which we now appreciate and understand so much more now the build is complete. Everyone who visits is wowed by the design and attention to detail. He was always available to discuss ideas and was very approachable throughout the design and build process.His attention to detail has been remarked upon by many in the industry and we cannot recommend him enough and feel very privileged that he agreed to work with us in designing our dream family and work spaces. Shortly after taking possession of our present house we approached Jeremy for advice. Our challenge was to complete the vision of an authentic Dutch Barn style frontage by adding a second wing which symmetrically matched the existing. With Jeremy's help we overcame objections from the 'planning department'! He helped us to remodel the interior at the same time and have now achieved a beautiful house which we love. The biggest compliment to Jeremy comes from neighbours and passers by who regular comment that the extension looks like it had always been there. That's exactly what we wanted!

Jeremy is insanely talented and I wish we'd found him before we started our project rather than halfway through as we are now. I approached him to help me with phase 2 of our renovations. He was unable to take on the project fully but agreed to come over to see the house and give me some suggestions. Not only was this very generous of him but he was so lovely, really listened to me and my issues with the current plans and looked at the house thoroughly. In a little over an hour gave me the most amazing ideas that I am now working into the plans, really genius suggestions and solutions that I would never have even thought of. I am so excited about his ideas that we are going to implement and thanks to Jeremy I will definitely be game for another project in the future; for which I will be sure to book him well in advance!
