Thank you Jenny! We are so thrilled with our new garden and Jenny was fab from start to finish with helping us with the design and then sourcing all the products we needed and then coordinating with the builder. We wanted a built in seating area that had raised planters behind which was a bit tricky because it needed a whole drainage plan done. Jenny got it perfect and liaised with the builder throughout so that it was done properly. The flowers plan she got spot on with a good mix of colour and character throughout. The bees are loving it.

I am delighted with Jenny’s landscape and planting plan. It has transformed my garden. Jenny is very personable and took time to get to know the garden and understand and work to my brief. She enthusiastically embraced and delivered the naturalistic planting style with insect friendly plants that I was seeking within a new and much improved landscape design. Jenny also sourced the plants which was very much appreciated.

Very disappointed with Jenny Jones Gardens. Jenny cancelled our first appointment on the day! The next appointment was very difficult to make because her time constraints allowed for a Tuesday 3:30 pm slot only. The plan was agreed. Incredibly,again, on the day Jenny cancelled, BY TEXT,! She stated in her text that she was unable to do our garden at this time. I realise that difficulties arise in business. My biggest disappointment is the lack of courtesy. I feel a phone call would have been far more acceptable.
