michael flude1 StarThis coy from Ireland with totally unhelpfull unfriendly staff sent us item that was not as described ,we paid for 2 items BLACK damp proof LINEING, BLACK as shown on their site black but they sent pale grey with word black written on it ,we will never shop with j Knox & sons again ,surely they know difference between BLACK & pale grey ??.
The response from this Irish company was poor ,they refused to send order as described on their ebay site refused refund, be warned we will never shop with them again ,grey colour with black written on it is grey ,not BLACK, Absurd people. They have been in buissines for long time but are loseing politeness & ability to be friendly helpful to customers , as the review below suggests 1 *.Monday 8th March 2021
