From our case being raised with them on the 2nd March, we received no contact or acknowledgment whatsoever. Finally managed to get in contact 7 weeks later and was booked in for today (Monday 25th April). After taking a days unpaid leave to sit around all day and wait due to no booking time being given, I decided to make contact myself at 4:00pm only to be told they wouldn’t be coming due to staff shortages. This is extremely poor and when questioned why they didn’t make contact earlier in the day (as I do understand things can change last minute) the response I received was disgusting and rude. No apology, no acknowledgement they could have done better and insinuating it’s my own fault for taking a days unpaid leave is simply not good enough. Stay clear of this company if you want your garden sorting any time soon and if you want a polite and friendly service.
