My experience is similar. I bought a range of bulbs which have done fine, despite being sent several months later than originally told (end of January) but the most expensive, Tacca integrifolia, looked poor on arrival and has failed to even sprout despite optimum growing conditions over several months. Emailed them and offered to return the bulb for a replacement but the email was ignored, as was a follow up email a week later and, a week further on, still no response. It's OK to have a great range of plants but when things fail you also need a great response, especially in these modern times where it takes seconds (not days and weeks like the old postal service) to get back to someone. People tend to dwell on what goes wrong not what goes right, so prompt customer care is essential nowadays. Edit note: I have upgraded the rating as I have now been reimbursed for the failed bulb. The other bulbs I ordered have grown so the original rating was due to the need to chase responses from customer care. Thank you to Jo at the company for sorting this out.
