Steve Hearn5 StarAfter many months of searching, we were looking for a landscape design company that would be innovative and give a real wow factor to get the best of our spectacular sea views, we found Kerry who is the founder of Jacksons Landscape design, we had a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve, but it was Kerry's knowledge and experience that gave us more than we could have ever hoped for.
The garden itself was a typical new build, a few slabs as a patio, poor lawns with no drainage which every winter turned into a quagmire of mud.
Kerry was professional from the start, he visited our garden, went through the whole process clearly, from the initial design costs, which initially involved a drone taking aerial shots of the whole site, discussing each stage and timescales through to completion, he took on board our ideas, and came forward with various concepts, once we had decided, Kerry then priced clearly materials and labour which never deviated from start to finish.
His workmanship and exemplary attention to detail are second to none, both he and Nick were always courteous and polite, as reinforced by the comments from our neighbours. As we lived away from the property we would always get a call and photos of the progress made every couple of days.
At completion it was exactly how Kerry had designed it, and has totally transformed our property, we couldn't be happier.
I would have no reservations in recommending Jacksons Landscape design, and would definitely use them again.

Carol Rowe5 StarWe are absolutely delighted with the recent work carried out by Kerry and his team, Nick and Luke at Jacksons Landscape Design.
From the first meeting with Kerry, when he visited to assess our garden area, we were confident that the total renovation of our patio areas would be achieved to the highest of standards and we have not been disappointed - the renovation is exceptional and has exceeded all our expectations.
Kerry highlighted the importance of water drainage with regard to porcelain tiling and roof drainage from the pergola he installed for us ensuring that there would never be any excess water issues. This was very reassuring for us.
We were constantly updated on all aspects of the project. The paving is phenomenal as is the design and finishing touches - it's obvious that Kerry takes great pride in all aspects of his work and his eye to detail is first class.
It was refreshing to have no hidden surprises with regard to the cost of the project, again Kerry outlined all labour and supply costs upfront.
The honesty and commitment to quality is what makes Kerry special.
Kerry, Nick and Luke take great care to ensure all areas are kept tidy during their work and showed absolute respect for our property.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Kerry and his team as it was an absolute pleasure for them to fulfill our vision of the perfect garden which we will enjoy for many years to come.

Wayne Russell5 StarWhile searching for someone to lay our new patio, we came across Kerry Jackson while searching the internet. Kerry was one of the few companies to respond, and Kerry followed up with a visit to our home within a few days to look at the work we required. Kerry offered for us to go and have a look at a few of his previous jobs which we did and were very impressed. At this point we still had some reservations, as we did not know Kerry, but how wrong we were to be proven.
Kerry provided a detailed quotation within a few days, which we discussed and agreed at which point we paid a deposit to secure a diary slot. We were so pleased that Kerry could start within a few months.
From the day we first met Kerry, until the completion of the work, Kerry and his team were striving for perfection with ideas and little extras. We were amazed with our initial thoughts to replace our patio, and with Kerry’s vision we ended up transforming our garden and adding significant value to our home. Often Kerry would discuss ideas to bring further improvements, all of which were great and added to the transformation.
Kerry and his team proved to be fully trustworthy, always being fully transparent with the costs. The team also kept the site clean tidy and well organised throughout the work and were always polite and respectful, which all the neighbours commented on while admiring the work of Kerry and the team.

Alastair Campbell5 StarWe needed some serious re-fencing and preparatory ground-work done prior to a garden studio installation. I found Jackson Landscape Designs online and gave them a call. Kerry was polite and accommodating and arranged a visit to see what we needed. From start to finish Kerry and his team were punctual, polite and clearly skilled and passionate about their work. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of work and the kindness shown by this team towards our family, with genuine understanding and care that this is our home and, despite a fairly small budget, clearly a huge significance for us. They worked hard and (aided by a few cups of tea) never ran out of steam and got the job done extremely efficiently. They are organised, tidy and I would highly recommend them to friends and family (and complete strangers!) I’m actually a little sad that they’ve finished, but we are very happy with our smart new feather board and gates (that will not blow down in any storm!), concrete pad and gorgeous bespoke paved steps. (See attached pics) 😵 If you are looking for a garden with the wow factor then Kerry at Jackson’s Landscape Design is your man. His work is simply outstanding with such exemplary attention to detail. We cannot believe the transformation our garden has undergone. Kerry and his team work extremely hard and are totally dedicated. His vision and foresight and ability to create and design the perfect individual outdoor space for his clients is simply amazing. We cannot thank him enough for undertaking this project, which was by no means easy due to access and not being able to use certain machinery, which meant it had to be dug out completely by hand. We love love love it and we also miss Kerry and his team bring around with their friendly banter. Keep doing what you do Kerry. You have made such a difference to our lives. Thank you so much.
