Excellent experience throughout, highly recommended! Natalie provided the best value for money quote by far and was extremely helpful in communicating throughout the job, before, during and after. James and Jimmy were really friendly, hard working, polite and considered. And they did a fantastic job! Very happy. Very good communication with Natalie. Very helpful and quick service post storm damage. There was a huge amount of waste which I had underestimated but James took everything he could, offered to return for remainder for small additional payment but we opted to deal with this ourselves. So he cut everything to manageable size for us and left stored tidily on drive. Highly recommend. Cannot praise James and his team enough! I had a huge amount of garden shrubs and overgrowth left from the previous owner. James came to assess the waste and then went out of his way to hire the necessary tools to cut everything down and dispose of the waste. It was hard work and they worked super quickly, even clearing any mess from the path of the garden and the driveway. Honest, hard working people and well worth the money! Excellent service, amazing turnaround, extremely friendly guys, polite and respectful. They were on time as promised, didn’t rush the job, completed it patiently. Highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future . I am glad I used them .

Our garden was ridiculously overgrown and we desperately needed it sorted in time for a family event we are hosting in June! We were struggling to find anybody willing to do the job (and within a fairly short time frame!). JJS were extremely reliable, quick at responding and so helpful. James came down the following day to take a look, gave us a quote and the job was completed 3 days later! So pleased with the outcome, the garden looks great. Extremely professional, friendly and excellent value for money! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again when we need more garden maintenance (although I hope to not let it get quite that bad again 🫣)

We had our back garden cleaning and patio cleaning included trash removal. And we are very satisfied with the initial inquiry, responsiveness and very clear communication with James. We had 2 gentlemen came and did the job, very professional and on time, efficient work. Our garden became a jungle as it’s been almost abandoned for a year. And now it looks very very clean! Highly recommend.

The quote was given based in a photo, the day arranged to collect failed because they had a very busy day( quite understand), removal was made the following day. At the arrival called me and said that the baggs and and the waste was to heavy and the price was now more than the quoted( it wasn't more rubbish than he expected, was just more heavy. If didn't want do want to pay the extra he would just walk away and give me my money back. The quote was made based in a photo, then they should stick to the price. Don't recommend and if you use ask them to come around and to give you a final quote, not a,quote that he will chance by the weight.
