Brett and his team arrived on time with all the equipment needed to landscape my rear garden, replace fence panels and level slab an area for a summer house to be erected. There was ongoing consultation during the process, so all procedures and outcomes were to my satisfaction. The team were very professional with all concerned knowing what was expected of them. As a result the whole process only took two days to complete to a very high standard. In conclusion ISCAPE is a company I would recommend to anyone who expects high standards of workmanship at very competitive price.

We contacted Iscape, Brett visited promptly & was very professional with ideas, input ,concept, quotation through to completion. The team were always on time & Brett is excellent with his communication & always available. Due to certain issues with Covid outside of anyone’s control, Brett continued to proceed & never left us wondering. We are delighted with the results, exactly what we wanted. I had my Garden Landscaped by a company called Iscape Garden Solutions. I contacted the company through Check a trade and I came across Iscape Garden Solution, and I have to say the pictures looked great, so I left a message through check a trade detailing what I wanted. I had been let down numerous times by other landscapers making excuses why they couldn’t start work. One of the landscapers said his colleague bruised his hand, and tried to call me. I didn’t receive any missed call or messages until I contacted them on the day of them starting work. So they let me down last minute and I booked a week off work which went to a waste. I then contacted another landscaper before Covid - 19. I knew the work would not start due to the virus, but the landscaper did not bother to contact me about changes to the job, and again I had to contact them on the day of them starting. They responded saying they couldn’t get in touch with me, but couldn’t leave me a simple txt message, voicemail or email! Anyway the next day I received a call from a guy called Brett, he was very professional on the phone. He arranged to come down to see the garden, and see what I wanted doing. He measured everything up, understood what needed to be done and gave me some ideas as what would suit best. The next day I received a quote, to which I was very pleased with! Brett arranged to get the work started within the next week which was super quick. He detailed the types of materials he would be using and the cost of each material, this helped me keep track of how much money was being spent, which meant I could get extra things done in the garden if needed. Bretts team were scheduled to start on Wednesday 13th May 2020, however they started on the Tuesday 12th May 2020 ahead of schedule which was fantastic. Brett came with his team at 8:20am sharp and started to clean the Garden, his team were very professional polite, punctual and sincere. Due to Covid - 19 we did have problems in getting the delivery of fences, block paving, new gates and Decking. However Brett always kept me in the loop and made sure to get things moving quickly, focusing on other areas. When the delivery arrived Brett and his team worked to a professional level, making sure everything was complete at a high standard, and honestly the garden look absolutely amazing! Brett is a pure perfectionist, he will not stop until the job is to a high spec. He is passionate about what he does and will always keep you well informed and take your ideas on board and make things happen. So if you’re looking to get your garden landscaped this year or the following year, then please do give Brett and his team a call! You won’t be disappointed!
