It is a shame that I have to be the first one to leave a bad review, but reviews are important for perspective customers and for business to improve their services. We used Inskip and Son Fencing before and were really happy with the work and communication and everything. Brilliant job! Second time when we contacted them to do additional fencing, they were really bad in communication, and I mean really bad - not replying to their business channel, not replying to message and phone calls. After many attempts to try to get a quote, they said they are busy and will not be able to help. 2-3 weeks lost in trying to communicate with them. WHAT is really concerning and misleading is that their turn off the notification on their Facebook page, so we cannot leave a review there. This is misleading and concerning for customer and show the intentions of Inskip to hide negative reviews. As my second experience was horrible, definitely will not recommend them to anybody. It is understandable that they are busy, but communication and transparency are crucial for customers, which Stephen did not show he cared about. Shameful really.

Inskip and Son have done an amazing job installing my fence. Possibly the most professional workers I have seen with attention to detail second to none. These are obviously proud of their work and I cannot thank them enough for the service I have received.

Inskip and Son did an incredible job of my fence installation, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Polite, friendly and professional, they checked with me throughout the job to make sure that I was happy with how things were progressing and talked me through what they planned to do next - they even checked that our neighbours were pleased with their work. We are very happy with the finished result due to the quality materials they used in the construction of our fence, combined with buckets of hard work from the installers, who worked diligently despite the incessant rain. Overall, Inskip and Son provided us with a professional service at a competitive price.

Fantastic company, Steve and his team have done a fabulous job installing our new fence, the team took great care in protecting our lawn by making a covered walk way , and also took extra care with our plants. Attention to detail is incredible and the garden was left spotless when the team were finished. Stephen was professional and highly knowledgeable when providing the quote and gave us a complete breakdown of materials and labour costs, and being nearly £200 cheaper than the other 3 quotes we had we just knew that Stephen was the right installer to hire, and we are so happy we did. Just had new privacy fencing installed - really impressed with service - from first contact to installation they have been very professional - arrived when they said they would, left everywhere tidy and very competitive on price - would not hesitate to use them again in the future - thanks
