We wanted a new dining table, but couldn't find one with the flexibility of our old extending table. Howard took the brief of reusing the old mechanism, but creating something extra special. He understood exactly the look that we were looking for and came back with a brilliant design with some beautiful details. We discussed different woods and how they would work together. He spent time showing us how the table was created, and the solutions to difficulties encountered. The result is absolutely fantastic and amazing. A piece of furniture that will be enjoyed and loved for a very long time. I would recommend Howard to anyone looking for that extra special personal furniture creation. It's been a fantastic experience.

Another fantastic bespoke piece of furniture made by Howard Butler. This will be the 3rd piece of work we have asked Howard to produce for us. We wanted a fixed set of cupboards built around our existing wardrobe. Howard listened to our ideas and was able to produce easy to follow drawings for the design process. Both Howard and Adam were very professional in the building and installation process in both craftmanship and attention to detail. Always happy to recommend.

I have had the pleasure of commissioning several projects with Howard Butler on both a personal and professional level. I manage the creative department for an established British automotive manufacturer and on multiple occasions Howard has been able to offer us bespoke solutions for items of furniture or presentation cases where inherent levels of fine craftsmanship and quality are of the utmost importance. I commissioned Howard to make a console/dining table to specific dimensions in high-gloss Macassar Ebony. Although I had an idea of the design, Howard's ideas, craftsmanship and enthusiasm for the project have resulted in a stunning piece of furniture. His work is first-class and his attention to detail second to none. I would recommend his services without hesitation.

Having commissioned a custom wrist watch of the highest quality, I then had to look for a box to store this piece to match. Howard custom built that box for me. The craftsmanship of the box is just amazing and has actually added enormously to the watch that it holds. I have had people ask me about the box as much as the watch itself. The watch and the finish is beautiful and then its jaw-dropping when the little switch inside is pressed to reveal a secret compartment!. This Box was full of surprises including a slot for a magnifying glass. These pictures don't do the box justice. Its truly now a family heirloom. I will already be using Howard for my next project.
