Great range of products in store. Thought I would have a tea while here but the cleanliness of the crockery leaves much to be desired. When I asked for a clean cup I was told it was tea stains and the dishwasher didn't take it off, however the stains were on the outside of the cup and not the inside. Not very impressed by this and the attitude of the staff member.

Had big variety buy the coffee area for sit in needs work. Plenty of opportunities to improve it. Parking is fine but it's overkill on the disabled parking that takes up the entire centre of the parking area. Overkill and needless. Prioritise the regular customers foremost.

Used to be nice to go in and have a coffee..but now it's full of foreigners. Sitting taking up space and the comfort chairs. They sit there all day from 9/3. About 15 and then others come and go ..like a train station. Buy water or drink and sit there all day .oh wait here comes another five
