First time visiting i asked the guy for nitric acid based pH down and he tried to tell me it was banned? I can walk into any other hydroponics and purchase dutch pro (nitric acid based ph down) . Recently purchased a HPS lightbulb and was not informed by the woman i bought it off that the bulb would need a ballast.. You can imagine my disappointment when i returned home and tried to use it in my standard E40 fitting... Yes i understand i couldve researched into this before purchasing but id expect that they would ask if i knew id need a ballast or id even expect them to try and sell me a ballast with it. If i knew id have needed it i wouldve happliy purchased on on the spot. The only real comment i would like to make is that when i enter a shop, i expect to be assisted, and unfortunately i did not enjoy the 2 experiences i had with them. Left feeling like my money had been taken. Not fair :(
