Had my pebble driveway changed to a more modern looking grey paving! Mark was professional from the first contact, and took my circumstances into consideration unlike any other company, as I park a 3.5t van on the drive he recommended the best option to cater for that, he managed to book us in relatively quick, compared to others that was quoting a 12 month wait. We had multiple quotes and HighOaks were right on the money, happy with the price and new driveway looks amazing! The HighOaks team were a great bunch of lads, and got on with the work quickly and efficiently from day one! Non-stop, genuine and a hard working group. Would recommend HighOaks to anyone looking for a professional company with great value in the landscaping & paving industry! I have already booked them back in for the rear garden.

Mark and the team did an amazing job transforming our patio and driveway. Everything was left tidy at the end of each day and Mark always talked us through what was happening every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the guys and they were all very friendly. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends/family and having them back in the future!

I wanted to replace my damaged garden fencing panels, so I contacted him. He gave me an appointment for a Saturday, so he can visit my premises, have a look at the damaged fencings and price me accordingly. I waited all Saturday for him and he never arrived. Never even got a phone call from him. I called him on the day, and he was very apolegetic that he missed the appointment. He wanted me to send him pictures of the damaged fencing so he can price me looking at the pictures..! I sent him pictures and waited for his response for a week. Same result, no response again..!!! I contacted him again and this was his response., " YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THE WORLD". How rude and disrespectful for a business man to respond like that..? Very pathetic and discourteous service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE..

I have just had a high oaks lay a patio and fake grass for me I got three quotes they weren't the dearest they weren't the cheapest but I'm glad I picked them because they certainly were the best the team worked so well together then I got more than I was expecting I would just like to say my thanks to the team and Mark for doing such a great job for me good luck in the future
