We are a small garden centre but we stock all the essentials you may need. We focus on a caring attitude with customer service at our core, so if you need a lift out to your car with that bag of compost or you have questions on plants we will always strive to help.We stock British grown plants and as many other British products as possible.

Came mainly for the cafe, its all pretty small scale, nice to call at if you're local I would imagine, but I wouldn't travel from Sheffield just to come here. I had a really nice slice of courgette and avocado cake and a latte. This came to just over £6 I think. It seemed nice and clean, lots of options and a good selection of ice cream flavours too. The garden centre prices looked pretty average to me... more than supermarket/DIY store prices but much better choice. I saw a scented climbing white/pink rose in a pot of maybe 6inch diameter for £11.99 that caught my eye. They had pots on sale, but they didn't seem like unmissable deals, just decent.

I popped in for a Christmas tree and was so pleased to find a lovely cafe loads of gifts and the added bonus of an unusual plants section inside. I will be back especially now they have a fantastic dog groomer and dog shop

A small-ish (compared to some of huge garden centres) garden centre that has a surprisingly wide range of goods and plants. A lovely cafe with attractive indoor and seating. Cakes, excellent range of ice creams, toasted food options and normal range of drinks.

The Wobbly Wanderers were at Glossop Cemetery and wanted a quick drink & snack. Wobbly one opted for Tea and a slice of Lemon Cake Wobbly two opted for an Americano Coffee and a slice of Chocolate cake. Both were served to the table a and were very nice. The cafe is easily found to the left of the road to the Cemetery. There is ample parking spaces. For a quick bite this place is good.

Love Hartley's Garden Centre. Great selection of plants and all of them look healthy. I've bought many plants from here. Prices are good too. Not tried the café yet but will do soon.
