I’m Mark Harrison, tree surgeon and proud owner of Harrison Tree Services.
Where did it start? I’ve always been a climber from a young age according to my parents, a regular visitor to Warrington Climbing Centre.
I started my career in Grounds Maintenance, very soon realising that I wanted to gain qualifications to enable me to work in the Arboricultural Industry. I hold the relevant industry recognised NPTC & City & Guilds qualifications, as do my team. My fully insured Company prides itself on delivering a friendly professional service to meet your needs. Our customers, their trees, their property and the environment are at the heart of what we do. All work is carried out to the highest standards, from your initial contact, visit to your home or site, a no obligation quotation, liaising with your local Planning Authority, to arranging a start date for your tree work. No job is too large or too small. Safety is paramount, every job is different and the time is taken to fully assess the area before work commences. We work all over Cheshire and surrounding areas such as Wigan, Leigh and St Helens.

They were polite, tidy and well organised. They even stomped down the small lumps the grinder had made on the lawn afterwards! Thank you, Mark and team. Conor Thomas5 StarI contacted Harrison Tree Services after two other local companies failed to get back to me. I was introduced to Mark who visited my property to quote the work required. It became apparent upon meeting Mark that he is an experienced tree surgeon; he made some very useful suggestions about how to tame our quarter-acre garden. Shortly thereafter Mark sent me the quotation and we booked the work in. On the morning of the job Mark arrived on time with his team. His equipment is impressive. One of the machines looks like it belongs on Robot Wars! Mark and the team worked tirelessly throughout the day to tidy the garden, grind stumps and shred branches. The pictures speak for themselves. I am highly impressed with Mark's work ethic and the finished product. I will be using Harrison Tree Services again.Saturday 16th May 2020
Brian Morris5 StarMark and his team carried out some work on our various trees. Pruning an apple tree, felling an overgrown elder very close to our kitchen and a tall very poor cherry tree plus some other trimming back.
It was very professionally carried out and the friendly team were meticulous in their preparation. The garden was left in pristine condition and it looks far better.
The invoice was in line with the detailed quote and was excellent value for money.

We are keen gardeners and this is the fourth time over the last 2 years that we have used Mark and team for various garden services - and as usual they did a fabulous job. This time around they cleared a ‘spent’ mature conifer hedge (stumps and all) – what light, ah so many possibilities now! They also reduced the height of two additional very large conifers elsewhere in the garden.
Mark is a professional individual, very punctual and reliable and overall extremely serious about delivering good service. The job is done efficiently and safely by the team and they leave the site clean and clear. Nice job – Mark and team!!

Robert Williamson5 StarVery professional from start to finish. Mark helped to explain how best to maintain a protected tree. Came back with a quick and good value quote. They completed all council paperwork on my behalf, keeping me up to date with the council/planning process throughout. Once approved for works, they booked in a date and arrived promptly on the day to complete a very professional job. Explaining clearly what they were going to do before making a start .
