Came and give me a price for replacement fence panels. A day for the job never turn up . Try calling and they told me they would look into it. After weeks of waiting and more phone calls I give up

Posting to respond to the negative review made by Mr McCory, on arriving to the job site the first thing the fitter had to do was move a load of old decking and an old shed that was dumped in front of where the new fence was going to be erected, this took the fitter around an hour to move and was placed in the front garden. Moving the old shed and decking was never agreed upon, as it wasnt there when the job was measured up, clearly the customer thought we would move it free of charge. The existing fence was never taken down so the garden was as secure as it was when the fitter got there. After looking more closely it was noticed that an old chain linked fence and concrete posts were attached to the existing fence and would have to be romoved, this couldn't be seen when the original price was given because ivy and thick bushes were in the way, these bushes had since been trimmed and cut back, to remove these obstacles another employee would of been needed to clear the line for the new fence, we don't start doing extra work and then try to charge the customer more money when it's done. Because the fitter was on his own on that day he couldnt carry on with the job, nobody was there when he left. Later on that day a new price was agreed but the exact date to do the job was not, we don't like constantly ringing up customers badgering them into when they want a job doing, as far as we were concerned the customer didn't get back in contact and therefor changed their mind about having the fence done.
