Liam has been amazing! I only had a small and difficult job (patching up a hole in a false ceiling - in an old house) and no one I contacted was interested. If Liam was being honest, he probably wasn’t interested too, as it was a half day job; set up, trying to patch up around an old ceiling etc., but he said because I was local, if I could play it by ear he’d definitely get round to doing it for me. I was in no particular rush (yes I wanted it doing desperately but no one else was interested and I couldn’t afford to pay silly prices) so I “played it by ear” thinking I’ll probably never hear from him. Much to my surprise, he contacted me whilst he was on holiday to assure me he’d get to it on his return, and he did! Friends who are in the trade (but also weren’t interested) advised to replace the whole ceiling as “it’ll always look patched up”, but I’ve just finished adding filler, sanding and priming before painting, and it already looks fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend this guy, not only the quality of his workmanship, but his customer service. I can’t thank you enough Liam. Thank you 🙏 Oh and he also gave me top tips where to buy the wood and get custom replacement coving! Will add pictures when finished 😁
