Great garden centre, plant prices are excellent value for money, much less than most other garden centre chains. The other stuff is a bit of a jumble sale but always interesting to have a wonder. House plants are especially good from here

First time in a Garden Centre for some time. I enjoyed the walk around and purchase. A well stocked centre with plenty of variety. They are stocking up for Christmas at the moment. Bought two outside tubs for the winter garden. Great prices. Will certainly visit again for my Christmas stuff.

Went for breakfast and ordered a gluten free breakfast, staff were a little helpful but had no real idea charged me full price for a large breakfast £8.99 and took off Sausage and Hash brown, charged extra for extra bacon! Worked out at over £10 for bacon egg and beans! Staff had to be told eggs were gluten free! Over priced. The cup of tea was lovely, so not all bad!

I went for an afternoon tea with my friend and our mums, it was so lovely. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. The "tea" itself was great, so worth the money and we were full afterwards and were able to take home what we couldn't manage to eat meaning there was no waste. The cups of tea were refillable too. My mum was in a wheelchair and there were clean and modern disabled access toilets available. I would highly recommend Hampsons for an afternoon tea 😁

Big place. Not classy in any way. Stuff everywhere so horrendously cluttered. It is like stepping back to the 1970s. There is food sold here but don't buy any of it. Probably been on the shelves for years. Plant selection good but very high prices. Have not been in here for 5 years even though we live fairly locally. Might come back in another 5 years. Staff friendly luckily.
