Assessing client expectations and project costs, whilst drawing on extensive knowledge and experience of the development process, we are well placed to provide clear advice for our clients with regard to project feasibility. This can range from preliminary discussions before a project is embarked on, to full feasibility design and cost planning. Working with the local authority building control departments and approved inspectors we are well placed to provide drawing packages to achieve full approval under the current statutory regulations. We operate as lead designer to incorporate information from specialist consultants such as structural engineers and SAP assessors.

We used halshaw to design a new extension and re design the layout of the bungalow. What a brilliant job, no stones was left unturned and it worked out amazing. Very helpful through out the project and would highly recommend for anyone looking for an architect. Looking forwards to using halshaw again in future projects
