Great experience from design to full build with planting. The team were very professional and worked through what were challenging weather conditions given it was June. Good communication throughout. The design process was enjoyable as Greenbird took my ideas and thoughts about how I wanted to use the space to come up with a great design. Materials used were a good balance of high quality and meeting budget requirements - in my case spending more on stand out features and paving. The only challenge was length of time to get design appointment and then time to schedule in the work post design - but this was because they’re busy. To be fair I was happy to wait and very pleased I did given the end result. Big thank you to Greenbird Gardening and their team.

The Greenbird team have just completed our garden and we are thrilled with the result. They are a friendly, hardworking, thoroughly professional team delivering high quality results with incredible attention to detail (those paved manhole covers 😀). Communication throughout has been excellent with daily progress updates even answering my queries at the weekend. The costings were all clear and transparent with no nasty surprises at the end and they finished on time despite Storm Brendan arriving just as they started the work. Our thanks to Chris, Nick, Fred, Matt, Mark and the rest of the Greenbird team for doing such a great job, we love it 😀😀

Had engaged greenbird to do some work on a new house purchase. Death in family and covid meant the work didn't proceed. Re engaged a few weeks ago only to receive a passive aggressive email from the office manager laying out a timeline of our previous comms and essentially that my lack of responsiveness meant they wouldn't work with customers like me. What a waste of time and money and no care to understand why I was inactive. Also didn't bother to chase at all. Interesting therefore to read reviews asserting the same against greenbird. Hypocrisy at its zenith. Office manager has fewer customer service skills than a Ryan air baggage checker. Would never recommend.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We have a terraced garden which was a concrete jungle. Moreover the access to our garden is just dreadful, no chance of getting anything resembling a digger in there, so we knew that redesigning the garden would be a challenge. We contacted Greenbird following a recommendation and they didn’t disappoint. Chris, Mark and Nick spent over two hours with us getting to know us, our wants and wishes for the garden before going away and designing something which fitted us just perfectly. They captured everything we could have wished for. They were open to changes and we went back and forth on the design to get it to fit perfectly with us as a client and our budget. Work started in January, a month earlier than planned! Result! As we progressed the communication was excellent. I always knew when they would or would not be on site. At our choice we made changes, added some things on, the Greenbird team didn’t bat an eyelid. We had a quote for the work within hours and it was absorbed into the build seamlessly. The build progressed at speed, even though everything was done by hand - 4 skip loads carried out of the garden via some steep steps, and all materials carried in via the same route! I know I couldn’t have done it!! The result? Magical! Santorini has arrived in Bath! It is better than I ever could have imagined. They have left us to plant it (at my request) but have given us a full list of what we need, so I look forward to doing that in the next few weeks! Chris, Mark, Nick and the team, we cannot thank you enough. What you have built is simply beautiful. We adore it and can not wait to use it for many years to come.

A fantastic service all around - from the planning to the execution (in the difficult Covid restrictions) - the team were friendly, efficient and professional. They have transformed an overcrowded, small back garden with raised beds, lawn and beautiful curved paving. They moved shrubs and trees and always consulted me to ensure that my vision of the garden was achieved.
