Julie Warren3 StarDisappointed on end result of our patio, design ended up wonky after rushed finish as work took longer & spending thousands of pounds! :(
Refund agreed at start of work due to keeping original patio bases was refused as he misjudged the amount of concrete required. After negotiations only half refund was agreed as good will.
Lack of communication from start to finish, late & interrupted working days meant job was prolonged. 1 hour lunch breaks regardless on arrival time or weather!
SLS limestone (prepaid)delivered was insufficient & Chris agreed to accept another same colour limestone & adapt (extra work paid directly to him)to complete the job but was never discussed with us until we queried the work.
We had asked Chris to do more work but funny enough he was too busy!!
Also, our large patio has not appeared on his website or Facebook??Saturday 16th July 2022

We cannot recommend Green Gardens and Chris highly enough – he was professional, responsive, reliable and paid great attention to detail. The site was left immaculate at the end of each day. Chris is very professional, taking pride in his work, always prompt. I would definitely recommend Chris and have already booked him for another job. Chris is punctual, very hard working, precise and shows great pride in his work and on top of that is very likable.
