Bex Doodah (Bex88)5 StarSaw the poor ratings for this company and was a bit dubious as to use them or not but they were the only place I could find selling a particular style of wall art I wanted for my mother's birthday, so decided to anyway. I've no complaints at all - Ok Yes, there is no tracking system or dispatch confirmation however the order went through smoothly and I received the item just a few days later. It was well packaged so all in all a 5 star experience for me :)Saturday 7th October 2017

Will Fox Bregman1 StarCAUTION: on 30 September I purchased an item from GLG Online.
In error they deducted £99 twice from my account (I only ordered one item). On 3 October I contacted GLG immediately. I was told I would receive a refund by Sarah H within 3-4 working days. Nothing was received.
On 5 October two items arrived (despite my email on 3 October). One was damaged. I again chased the return of the £99 deducted from my account without authority.
On 10 October I received another email confirming a refund within 3-5 working days. Nothing was received.
On 17 October I demanded the return of my money by 4pm that day.
STILL NOTHING RECIEVED! How is this not theft? Trading Standards and Legal Proceedings next.Wednesday 18th October 2017
