Chris offers a deeply restorative experience than is so much more than a massage treatment. The cabin and its setting allow time to float away while you reconnect with your body. The combination of deep tissue work integrated with the breath allows for both relaxation and restored range of motion. I highly recommend.

I had a massage with Chris in summer and it was fantastic. He isolated particular points and worked thoroughly on easing tension and discomfort. As well as it being a wonderful hands on experience it was also extremely relaxing and cathartic. Highly recommend for regular treatments and I look forward to coming back myself x

From the outset, the stunningly simple, beautiful setting lead to a feeling of escapism from the real world. I have never had a treatment where I felt I was working WITH the practitioner in this way. During the two hour massage I was completely absorbed in being actively involved in the experience, with no room for my normally busy mind. I arrived feeling physically tense and with my mind in turmoil but left the treatment feeling open and blissful in body and mind with a real feeling of being reset. I feel I owe it to myself to repeat the process on a regular basis and would encourage others to do the same.

The minute you arrive at Chris’s idillic home you instantly feel at ease and forget about all the stresses of days to day life. He is very experienced and designs each session to cater for each clients individual needs. I have ridiculously tight hamstrings which Chris instantly become aware of on my first session. We have slowly built up the intensity of the stretch and I’m now really noticing the benefits of my new found flexibility. At the end of the sessions, after the stretching has finished, Chris leaves the room to make tea, giving you the opportunity to chill and even fall asleep, I have such a hectic life and this 10-15mins of peace is just amazing, it really gives you the opportunity to reset. I highly recommend Chris, worth every penny. 👍
