Reordered one of the items I liked in early November 2015 and it has not yet arrived as of 4 January 2016. I have sent 3 emails to GardenSkill asking the status of my order and there has been no response. While I like their products, the customer service is dreadful. They will not respond to simple a email question such as, what is the status of my order?Monday 4th January 2016

Annette Kay1 StarI ordered an extension kit for my veg cage, on the website it said netting was included to fit. When the order arrived the net was missing so I rang, I was told that net was not included even though it is on the website. The man I spoke to said I was aggressive and became defensive when I said the ad was misleading. I have dealt with this company before and found them very helpful but not this time. Never mind there are plenty more companies to deal with.Thursday 11th May 2017
