This was a huge decision for us after me losing my job, so spending the cash that these guys suggested was a big call.
We were eventually sent some provisional plans after weeks of waiting. After chasing and sharing that we were at risk of losing the offer from HSBC for the additional borrowings, the team came back with further designs and a budget that would achieve what we wanted.
Again the design lead Alex went away to make tweaks advising they could achieve what was required, so we went ahead with the borrowings.
“We have put a week aside for you in October,” I was told.
At the end of September (30th) I messaged again as we’d not heard and we were in October in the next couple of days. THAT MESSAGE HAS NEVER BEEN READ!!!
We’ve now got borrowings against our name and credit checks which are completely pointless. The garden won’t be done this year……wasted time, credit!
