Our garage door had completely stopped working, including the manual mechanism to raise and lower it. I contacted Dave and he came to our house to look at the door very promptly. He was able to repair it on the first visit which was fantastic. He explained clearly what had gone wrong with the door to my husband and I, and how he would repair it. Excellent service and very prompt response. David initially suggested various options to try and repair the automatic door opener but as it was 30 years old it was unrepairable. Cable broke on my garage door first thing this morning. Google search found Garage Door Medic. Spoke briefly David on the phone, from my address he remembered the builder of the (small) estate and the type of garage door fitted!!! He arrived as arranged early afternoon, replaced the appropriate parts and adjusted the door. As David promised I would say “It’s never worked so well”. There was no attempt to build the repair into a door replacement and the charge was very reasonable. A thoroughly satisfying encounter and I wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone requiring first class garage door support.
