Needed to employ a Tree Surgeon. Gadd Brothers were recommended to me.James and his crew carried out the work, involving pollarding a large Ash and cutting down a sizeable Field Maple. The work took 2 days. Whilst the Sun shone winds of almost gale force were experienced. The team handled the situation brilliantly. The tasks were carried out in a very professional and timely manner. Sites were somewhat restricted, no damage, no problems, most impressive. Site was left neat and tidy, logs split and stored. In conclusion an impressive performance. Will certainly use again and would strongly recommend them.

An excellent service, thoroughly recommended (I'm not normally a reviewing type) We had used Gadd Brothers to landscape our back garden about 8 years ago. We were so impressed, that when branches began falling from a line of a dozen large trees under protection orders, we wanted only them to make them safe. James came over to discuss the work and provided a detailed quote which included planning permission and traffic management. We also agreed on trimming other trees and hedges in the garden. James kept in contact, and the work was scheduled. We met the team at 8am on the first morning, and again confirmed the work to be done. It was very impressive. They were very well equipped, very friendly and polite and looked as if they were capable and most importantly safe. The work took a few days, they were respectful of the other plants in the garden, they moved things out of their way and then moved them back. They were careful. the chippings were left neatly and branches were cut into lengths small enough for our stove. The works required access from next doors garden. The team introduced themselves to our neighbours and were equally as respectful and careful on their land. The work was expensive, but we believe that it was very good value for money. It was difficult, potentially dangerous, required very impressive machinery and was 4 days work for the team. We would use them again and whole heartedly recommend their service.

This is the fourth large job carried out by Gadd Bros Tree Surgery. Every time they have been excellent and the flexibility when jobs change plus the overall cleaning and tidying is exceptional. Like a previous reviewer I am not one who normally does this type of thing but credit where credit is due.

We had a large tree blocking in our garden blocking light into the property. It’s roots were also starting to damage the neighbours fish pond. Gadd Brothers were brilliant in the removal of the tree and did it amazingly quickly. Even with the complications of the fish pond below that didn’t even seem to worry them. They took all the tree away for processing and left very little signs that they had even been there (apart from a missing tree!) 5* stars. Highly recommend!

A team from Gadd Brothers Trees and Landscapes took a large dead conifer down at the edge of my elderly parents' garden. The men were very efficient and were polite to my father who enjoyed watching the work (from a distance!); they left the garden and drive tidy.
