Elif Bostanci1 StarGarry Freeman came over and gave us a quote on 20th April 2021, and we booked him in for 1st May, which is when he confirmed he was available for. Well today, just 4 days prior, he sent a text saying that he can no longer keep his appointment as he accepted another job, after we waited for him. This completely messed up our schedule. Therefore my impression is that he does not keep his word, he will book you in only to cancel for a bigger project if possible and is therefore unreliable. I am now thankful that a business with such principles and will not be working on my property. I am taking this as a dodged bullet, and will find a professional who will keep their word instead.Tuesday 27th April 2021
