The team from Four Seasons were great, they have a quote before booking them and stuck to it. They did a huge amount of work for my grandma and they were very kind and patient with her. They talked her through the process so she wasn't stressed about the changes and made sure she was involved in the process and had a say on how much would be cut back. They turned up on time (9am) chipped all the branches and shrub clippings and cleaned up with a blower after too. Very happy. They garden didn't have much maintenance for 5 years, was well overdue and the difference is so much better ! 2 people were needed and was so much work it was a big 7-hour job, they didn't stop ! Photos are before and after from one area.

He did not even turn up?! I met this man Nigel in July 22 from an advert on line. He came round to our garden and looked at what I needed doing. It was clear he knew what he was talking about and he gave advice. He told me a price which was quite a lot but I agreed as I knew it would help my garden and it was heavy duty cutting down of trees and bushes to get the garden into shape. It also included the tree shredder and removal of the garden waste. I was impressed. I agreed the price and got the money out of the bank ready over the next days. He said he would be here with 2 other men on the Saturday at 9am. He never showed up. That Saturday or the next (I waited in case I was mistaken about which Saturday). Nor did he answer his phone again. Or the house phone I tried. Or the letter i posted through his letter box. What was all that about? Unreliable and unprofessional in this instance.

Excellent! Very happy with the service provided, Nigel was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and did a truly great job of cutting back overgrown conifers, trees etc in my mums garden, thank you!(& Paul)

Excellent service from Four Seasons from initial contact to completion of the work. My conifer hedge had not been cut for over a year and required a “major” trim. The quotation was given on the same day of my contacting Nigel and just a few days later the work was completed to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending such a professional company and will certainly use them again in the future. Many thanks.
