Our standard delivery times for items under 100 Kilos is generally 2/3 working days from dispatch. For 5 metre widths and single items weighing over 100 Kilos, delivery can take between 5-7 working days as personalised delivery spots and delivery times need to be arranged with our specialist courier. *All deliveries are Kerbside only*.

We do recommend before buying any Artificial grass product online or over the phone that you request a free sample or you can purchase a sample pack as pictures displayed on our website may not portray the exact likeness of the actual product.

We do not accept any liability if items are purchased without prior viewing of samples.

All goods should be fully rolled out and inspected before use. Damaged / faulty or incorrect items must be reported to us within 30 days or receipt. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the goods free of charge.

Do not use, fit or cut the grass in anyway, as if faulty and used, you will be liable for keeping the faulty product, no replacement or refund will be issued.
